"I'm active duty military. My son moved back to Michigan and needed his braces treatment continued. I completed the financial agreement and gave good ole Herb $800. My son decided to join the Marines. He never had one adjustment done. He went in for a braces removal only and one retainer. They took the whole 800 without supplying an invoice if any type. Stay away from this shister. They take advantage of military too due to my inability to be there to protest. Disgraceful. Thank God I never operated that way in our local Newaygo County business. continued."
