"At the time of my review, recent reviews below me mention something about a dashcam video and damage to a customer vehicle. Autocare Excellence reached out to the parties involved and offered to make it right, which the prior reviews fail to mention. We are human we all make mistakes. I have been a faithful customer for around 4 years now and Autocare Excellence is the only place I will take any of my vehicles to be serviced. I have never had a problem with any of their mechanics or their service. If there is an issue or something’s still not right they say bring it back and will work with you to get it right. More than that they are honest and a local family ran company. You have the dad, his children, their longtime family friends and then their customers. It’s a different feeling when they greet their customers and talk with them. They treat customers like friends and sometimes they are good friends. They won’t sugar coat things, they will tell you how it is and they will even tell you if you can do the repair yourself and what it entails. That is something I really value and respect. I have a classic hot rod and 2 daily Drivers and these guy’s know how to work on classic vehicles. Shoot the owner has a bunch of awesome classic cars and all you have to do is look at the cars they’re working on to see they are known for it, corvette, Camaro, mustang, drift car, or mud truck? Yeah you will be welcome here. Nic is a great guy and his family are some of the nicest people. Can’t say enough good things about their businesses and services they provide.
