"We purchased a used trailer, and were concerned about the bounce we were getting at certain speeds. We were trying to decide whether to keep this trailer or not...K&R said we could swing by anytime for a quick visual inspection and some advice. We brought the trailer to them late in the day, they had us pull it into the shop, and a handful of guys swarmed all over it. They raised the rear with a forklift so they could better assess the bearings, axles & wheel alignment/balancing. They definitely had some concerns, but since we came in just before closing, we did not have much time. They suggested we leave it with them and if they had some free time the next day they would look it over more closely. They did, and found some problems that were dealbreakers for us. The conclusion was that we did not buy the right type of trailer for our needs. I asked them what I owed for their time, and they said "nothing"...wow! I think they felt bad that we spent money on a trailer that just would not work for us. I'm not suggesting that they will do work for free, but I did get the impression that they were a good group of technicians with a management team that cares about their customers. I figure the least I could do was leave a positive review reflecting the generous help they provided to us. Thank you!!!"

"This is one of the worst service places i ever been to so i called TALKED TO MATT for a wheel seal on the trailer i was 40 min out they said there was able to do it guy comes back from lunch at 12:30 when he gets back says he cant do it cause its friday I RISK EVERYONE LIFE MINES AND EVERYONE AROUND ME TRUSTING IN THERE WORD THAT THEY WAS GONNA HELP ME AND THEY DIDN’T SHOP CLOSES AT 5 THIS IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND SO MESSED UP IN SO MANY WAYS THIS IS WHY THE TRUCKING INDUSTRY IS SO MESSED UP FOR PEOPLE LIKE THEM NO REGARDS TO A FELLOW TRUCKER 2000 AWAY FROM HOME TO KEEP MOVING AMERICA BUT NOW IN DAYS PEOPLE OR SO SELF CENTERED AND DONT CARE ABOUT NOTHING.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL FLASE ADVERTISEMENT ON SO MANY LEVELS GETTING PAID TO DO NOTHING TILL 5 I HOPE THE TEC CAR DOESN’T TURN ON"
