"Super disappointed at this point. My fault, I thought my sons appointment was tomorrow... turns out it was today. I apologized refusely and felt horrible, but the lady on the other end of the phone is what has me searching for a new dentist at this point. And that makes me sad because I went to Dr. Leyder all through middle school and high-school, and wanted my son to do the same. The lady was basically threatening me, letting me know how they have such a long wait list, and that this was my last warning. His appointment was initially rescheduled because of their end. Because something with their cleaning supplies was broken back in January. It was an honest mistake on my part. But there's no reason that I should have been in tears by the time I got off the phone with her. Don't worry about us rescheduling, we will find a new dentist."

"Place was good 10 years ago. Today this clinic is falling apart. Ron hired the worst hygienists whom are way too young and have little to no experience. One of them named Alicia did not provide a thorough teeth exam which only taken her less than two minutes and claimed false diagnosis on me. They were only nice to me until they found out I had no dental insurance. I was even willing to pay out of my own pocket until they started getting snappy towards the end of my first appointment. Ron I get you’re retiring but it gives you no rights to lose passion for your own patients who’ve been coming since they were kids. I will not be coming back. It’s unfortunate how people and services will switch up for the worst."
