"Amazing experience with the Doctor. He is super nice and friendly. Dealing with the staff over the last 15 years on the other hand I would not recommend because they are super rude and difficult with everything like they own the place. Also Claims they get “burnt” too much from having other family members book cleaning appointments that are on account with you? But when it comes to getting payments they have no problem taking money from anyone on account."

"Dentist was rather rude every interaction with me he seemed crossed or like he had better places to be, he also wouldn't fix my chipped teeth because "It wasn't worth his time" but instead tried to waste my time convincing me to wear a moith guard I had already stated I wasn't interested in. Later on after this when I had moved dentists I was told I would have to pay a fee to transfer my records, something I've never had to do before. Refused to work with me until luckily my account had a credit from insurance and they waived the remainder. Would not recommend this dentist as they are other more accommodating dentists in the Allegan area."
