"My son's BMW had a plastic coolant return hose break when we were camping on this side of the state for Memorial weekend. It would've been pretty risky to drive it home to a familiar mechanic. We did some research online on a Sunday afternoon to decide where to leave the car. Based on previous BMW owner reviews and an endorsement from the tow guy, we left the car at In Tune Imports. They did a great job, great communication, and got to the car right away. They did what needed to be done, did not take advantage since we are 2 hours away and only tried to upsell a water pump, which is a known wear item that should be done around 90 to 100k; therefore they knew what they were talking about. I highly recommend In Tune, especially for high end imports."
