They quickly made me feel at home. From check in/check out, to the cleaning, to being comfortable asking Dr. Kitzrow any questions regarding my dental health - everything has been above and beyond. They even have massaging chairs! I highly recommend this office to anyone!"

"This office is the best!!! The staff is very caring and professional. The state of the art office is clean, organized and beautifully decorated. The last time my teeth were cleaned I even got a warm wash cloth to wash my face!! Dr Kitzrow is the first dentist to schedule cleanings three times a year for I develop tarter quickly! Her skills as a dentist are perfect. I never feel the shots, her same day root canal and crown procedure was impeccable!! Her staff is very knowledgeable and everyone explains things well!!! I recommend this office to everyone!!!!"

"I hadn't been to the dentist in over a year, after moving to West Michigan I was looking for a new dentist. I was recommended to Michelle by one of my co-workers. I decided to go with her office based on all the positive reviews. Her office does not disappoint! The office is very clean, modern, and cozy. It is small, but that gives you a very personal feeling. My hygienist (whom I cannot remember her name) was fantastic! I've had hygienist that really dig at your teeth to remove tarter and the woman I had was gentle and did a very thorough job. She walked through everything she was doing and why she was doing it as well. I was only in the waiting room about 5 minutes before they called back. The women that work the desk were also very friendly. I would recommend anyone in the area to go to this office."

"I have to say I really enjoyed going to the dentist office with Dr. Tom since leaving the Military 20 yrs ago. I had a great time and the staff was always wonderful and treated me and my family very well. The changes Dr. Kitzrow has made with updating the inside and the outside has made going to the dentist very relaxing and inviting. The updated technology with my visits are also a very welcoming to see the advancements in Dentistry. I love going to the Dr. Kitzrow Dentistry and the service is outstanding, both the work being done on my mouth as well as the staffs attitude and professionalism. I look forward to my next visit.
