"Great selection, great products, but the staff is so miserable it's almost funny. After finding my purchase and rolling it up to the checkout, the two gentleman standing there acted like I was inconveniencing them for wanting to pay for my $550 office chair. It's wild. I get that it's an outlet, and I definitely don't expect anyone to hold my hand here, but the vibe the staff create is weirdly hostile and wildly off-putting."
"Came in to upgrade my office chair and knew exactly which ones I wanted to look at. I asked for a chair by name but was corrected on my pronunciation of the design, fair enough. Despite spelling out the chair name “Celle” correctly I was told “it stars with a C, not an S”. Maybe I mumbled? Maybe I wasn’t talking loud enough but I had spelled it out as listed. As far as chairs and furniture, everything is in gently used to great condition. I was free to try chairs out and try out all of the adjustments. Great stock, snobby staff. They’ll at least take you to what you’re looking for."
