"Sitting in the bay of Valvoline. Been here 1 hr and 20 minutes. A rookie was left to do my Audi A5 Sport, 2023. He drained the trans fluid my mistake, and put too much oil in , causing smoke and confusion. Meanwhile, they don't have any more Euro transmission fluid and have to go buy some, not sure where. Why would they let this rookie handle an oil change all by himself. ? The other bay had 3 fellows working on multiple cars. Three!! Here I sit. Oh did I tell you I have my 2 dogs with me? One was scheduled for a vet appt that I will not make. Page 2: They now have to go to an Audi dealer (40 miles) to get fluid. Leaving my car, hood up, in the bay for the night. Doggies and I got a ride home . They were very apologetic. Life is interesting."

"Very unprofessional. A bunch of high- schoolers standing around laughing at eachother. One of the kids poored oil all over my engine before they finally found the hole to put the pump in, and all they said was "whoops". I was there for an hour and a half for a standard oil change and a tire rotation. They couldn't find the tools they needed, and they walked around, looking confused. Save yourself some time and car repairs by going somewhere else!!"

"Only shop to change oil on this vehicle, can’t check the air filter because the screws are stripped. When I mentioned they stripped them. I was totally ignored. The tech removed the battery terminal cover, didn’t replace it and closed it in the hood. After leaving I checked the cover, it was just thrown on top of the battery, not connected properly. I personally had to correctly install the cover myself. $107.00 for an oil change the service could be better. I will now use someone else for oil changes in the future."
