"This guy Lonnie came over to look at my furnace and he looked up the chimney and said oh you need a new furnace. I said there’s nothing you can do to get it running for now and he said no I’ve been doing this for 43 years and I know when you need a new furnace. My son noticed that the batteries were dead on the thermostat and now my furnace is running. Guess you’re 43 years didn’t teach you everything!"
"We came up on a Saturday mid-winter to find that our furnace wasn’t working. Lonnie came out and had it running again in no time. He gave us quote on the spot for new furnace since it is over 20 years old. He also said he will take the service charge from the fix off the price of our new one when we decide we are ready to install. Highly recommend."

Lonnie walked me through all the plumbing lines, what went to which appliance, and showed me how to re-light the pilots. Time and parts was well under the estimated cost which is always a plus.
