"This office is not child friendly. We took our 4 year old for a first dental exam, she watched her mom get her teeth cleaned by Melissa. Our 4 year old climbed on the chair at points to see what was occuring, what was going on, etc because it was her first visit and she was scared. At no point did Melissa ask for room or say we were interfering with her work. Melissa then got Dr. Reznich for her first visit, he was loud, rude, and asked that BOTH of us left the room to see our 4 year old! NO, not ok, asking parents to leave a frightened child with a stranger! Our daughter got her tooth looked at while sitting on her mom’s lap. We went to the waiting room, however, she was very scared and wanted to be by her mom. We walked back to sit in the room and was told very loudly by Dr. Reznich that it was not an ok boundary and to go to the waiting room. He then proceeded to violate HIPPA by lecturing my wife very loudly where not only could the other cubicles hear, but we could hear in the waiting room. My wife was non-combative and is soft spoken, Reznich would not leave her a word edge wise. Then after the appointment Melissa was very short, would not make eye contact, and had the audacity to say that we could not come as a family for the next appointment to which our response was there will be no next appointment. My wife has gone to Reznich for almost 20 years, his unprofessional behavior, demeanor around our 4 year old on her first visit, and the actions of the office staff are completely unacceptable and we will seek a more professional child friendly office."

"It hard to find a good dentist these days, let alone a great one! Very compassionate and epethetic experiance. I would recommend Dr. Reznich to anyone. Many dentists could learn a thing for two from him!"

"This practice is the Cadillac of dentistry. I was actually hesitant to write a review because I was trying to figure out how to process a paradigm shift. I cannot remember the last time a doctor took the time to sit and speak to me in detail, at length, and without condescension about my whole-health; this is what healthcare CAN be. Dr. Mattson is knowledgable, personable, intuitive, and trustworthy. Think of him as a combo internist and physical therapist for your mouth/jaw/skull. The entire staff is friendly and professional, and the facilities are clean, beautiful, and designed to set a patient at ease. I'm neurotic, high strung, and terrified of pretty much any clinical setting, yet I was smiling and laughing the entire time--and I didn't even get good news! I haven't been able to shut up about it since my visit--I had no idea that dentistry could be *this* thorough. Teeth gums and bite, yes, but also quality of life, health goals, preventative care, and education.
