"Staff are thorough and pleasant. Newer technology. I did have delays in scheduling new patient appointment. Calls were not returned. When I chose existing patient option I got through right a way. Billing staff kept me informed of my costs during the appointment."
"The staff was so nice to my 2 year old! They made it a great experience! They let her hold the tools, showed her how everything worked, respected her decision not to get polish after she tasted it and didn't like it, and built enough trust that she was talking to them. She said she likes the dentist and was excited to brush her teeth that night before bed. Would recommend! However, appointments schedule WAY out like 6 months...makes sense for a good place to be busy"

I especially appreciate Dr. Jacob’s work, he’s done an amazing job with my root canal and fillings. Very well staffed, very easy to make appointments, and they’re friendly. "This practice has always been honest with my treatment. I've been a patient for 10yrs. Even when State medical didn't cover private practice, I went to the covered ones which they both said I needed all this so-called work done, I went back to Birch street and got a check up and they said none of that work was needed. My Dad recommended me when I moved up here. Dad said out of all the dentist, this practice was by far the best he'd been to. Highly recommend."
