"Save yourself the time and money of stopping at this dump and go to mancelona. This place is a joke, no pressure in the hand wash, my garden hose is better. The timer counts down about 30 seconds before the water even tries to pressure up, and it stinks"

"I can't give ZERO stars and leave a review but ZERO is more than they deserve. Charged for a wash when the door wouldn't even open. Called 6 times, stopped in the laundry 3 times--No one even has the courtesy to return a call. $10 wash was selected but charge from my bank $12!! Their message says they care about their customers but that is an obvious lie. Very sad. I will do my best to discourage patronizing this business."

"What a joke. Paid $12 for the best wash-it soaped up 3/4 of my truck then got caught on my passenger mirror & shut down. Called the number listed on Google and it was out of service. Went in to the laundry matt to talk to someone and nobody was working there. Pizza place told me to call the number for the laundry which I did and left a message. The whole time the soap is baking in on my $60k black truck. Spent another $5 on the quarter car wash trying to rinse off the soap. Owner called back and instead of apologizing and offering to take care of it he reams me out for not folding my mirrors in even though there are no signs saying to do so and I have never had a problem at any other car wash. Asked how I get my $12 back let alone the other $5 to rinse it off and he said condescendingly no way since now he has to send out a tech to reset it. Worst customer service ever-stay away at all cost. I should have read the other reviews first and avoided it all together myself….."

"Beware..this car wash overcharges. Twice I’ve gone and used my credit card, selecting the $5 wash button on top and both times been charged $10. This is not worth $10 and it’s dishonest. Will not go back even though I dispute the overcharge with Chase each time."
