"Dr.McGraw or McGrave , as I like to call him, did not numb the top part of my mouth . And continued to scrape the roof of my mouth raw despite me screaming and crying and flailing my arms . He continued to blame me for not letting him know that the top part was not numb. He said he thought I was just panicking from the procedure in general. It was the most horrifying experience I ever had in my life."
