"My Buick told me it was low on oil and to add oil. I checked and it was almost empty, as well as when I looked underneath, it was leaking somewhere I couldn't see. Genes Towing, brought it to Riverside Chevy on Wednesday at the end of the day... Jennifer from the service department was very helpful in staying in contact as well as being in touch with Carshield for me... they determined it was my timing cover seal and some other parts that needed replacing. The job was estimated about 7 hours or so, and though there was minor other parts that also needed replacement, they were still able to get it fixed, and get me back on the road about noon today, so Friday... They were professional, and helpful, they were efficient, and reasonably priced... big big thanks goes out to Jennifer & the service techs out at Riverside Chevrolet in Escanaba, MI on 41... Thank you very very much....."
