"Never made it passed the receptionist who was not friendly. The office doesn’t accept major insurance and when questioned why I’m got a poor response. If this is the future of dentistry then we are in trouble. I know another review spoke poorly about the receptionist and I can confirm he/she was right. 11/16/23 Response to owner. I haven't said anything that is not true in any of my reviews. I don't leave positive reviews typically. Only when someone has forgotten how to treat people. I was never rude or inappropriate and the fact that you have resorted to name calling just confirms what a class act this establishment is. You are correct in saying I am not a patient. I called to inquire about becoming a patient and never will I be a patient. There is a chance that the dentist is wonderful and I can't comment on that. My review reflects the treatment I received from the receptionist and nothing more. Please put the same effort into seeking revenge for poor reviews into making changes and being a better person."

"I had an amazing experience. As much as you can with a toothache. They were able to get me in faster than anyone else in the Upper Peninsula. They are direct, to the point, and very knowledgeable. For the size office that they are, they are very efficient. I can't express how grateful I am for their team of professionals. They exceeded my expectations and made me very hopeful for a quick recovery. I hope to seek their services in the future. Update! I have never healed faster in my life. I've had 5 teeth pulled and never felt this good the next day."

"The receptionist is extremely disrespectful! Doesn’t even give you a chance to talk! Brought my grandparents there for my grandpa’s appointment, my grandpa had a stroke a few years ago and isn’t able to communicate. My grandma is his legal guardian because of all his medical history, so she needed to know what was going to be done and everything. The lady was so rude kept rolling her eyes at us and cutting us off every time we tried answering a question she asked! If I knew they were going to be that disrespectful there I would’ve taken them to aspen dental instead! Moral of the story is it isn’t your patients fault that you guys are behind schedule! If you don’t have customer service skills you should find a new job!"

"I couldn't get an appointment any where.i called Dr. Anderson in st.ignace and talked with Sally she got me in for dentures. They were very friendly .and the price was affordable. I will definitely go back and would like for folks to give them a try you won't be disappointed. My Dentures turned out Fantastic. They fit perfectly ..I wish I would of went sooner. I love the fact that he feeds the birds and squirrels so you can watch them .give them a call you won't be disappointed."

"'5' STARS... Reccommend without Hesitation!!! Regarding most Dental Practices today in the UP... Dr. Anderson and his entire Office Staff are a rare 'Gift'!!! I had a Dental Emergency today and couldn't get a Dental appointment with ANY Dentist less than a '3 WEEK' time frame? Called and his Office Mgr Sally said they would somehow 'fit' me in that day!!! Dr. Anderson was Expert, Thorough, Honest & Reasonable... an 'exceptional' Practitioner. Thank You!!!"
