"I had an issue in that I was told by the sales person (Carl) the vehicle was equipped with a receiver hitch. This was very important because as I had explained to Carl I was pulling a trailer and I had to have a hitch. When I picked it up it didn't have a hitch. I was told I would have to pay 580.00 to have a hitch installed. Since then I have spoken to the general sales manager who agreed to pay half the cost. I believe it should have covered. I also had issues with getting the XM radio and Android systems to sync with my phone. The IT personnel struggled to get anything to work. To date my phone and XM radio do not function. For the IT problems and the cost of the hitch I can not give the dealership a total satisfaction rating. More could and should have been done to resolve these issues. I have purchased three new GM products in the past six years from different dealerships and haven't had these issues."
