"Called for a cab, he was a no show. Told me 25-30 minutes, called after 30 minutes and he kept sending me to vm Single mom needed a ride, pretty sad when a paying customer can't get a cab after they said they would come get me. This is not the first time with twin city cab that they have left me after an arranged ride. This is horrible business. Bobby should get fired, knew him by voice. I will be calling to complain later today."

"Absolutely disgusting cab, and extremely overpriced. I overheard the driver and the assistant talking about how he was able to take a nap while waiting for call. Maybe they could have brought it to the vacuum next time and clean it in their down time. I wanted to fully change my clothes after getting out. Not to mention the cab is rusty and practically falling apart. If you opened a cab service in this town and charged half as much and were clean and professional (not wearing pj’s ) you could make a killing."
