"We wanted a SPEED QUEEN washer and they had display models on the floor. Fred explained the positive features of each. Certainly not a "hard sell" as this is a family business and Fred knows the products. Store had four customers in it at 11:30am. Two days later it was delivered on the date we requested. Two men arrived, did some shoveling of snow, set up the machine, gave advice on washing. They were courteous and worked efficiently."

"I ordered a stove and a refrigerator online and ended up calling the store a few times to speak to different people. The woman I spoke to was not very friendly nor helpful. I called again and spoke to nice man and he assisted me through the purchase process and founnd me a good deal. Tthe delivery process went very smooth.
