"I purchased a 2015 Chrysler Town and Country van. They sold me the van with bald tires, dirty interior, and did not do any maintenance to it. I had to have Fine Line Tire fix a few issues with the tires/brakes. I told them something wasn’t right but they said they looked at it. And then my hubby test drove it and told the guy to look it again. They never did. Of course sold me the van as is. So they wouldn’t have to cover anything. So with this being said, I will not do any more business with Northern Auto."
"We have had two experiences with Northern Auto and do not recommend. Both times they have treated us like they don’t need our business and make us wish there were another Dodge dealer in town. Their prices are also very steep- it was over $100 just to have them check out the vehicle (not fix anything) and they make you pay the service fee for using a credit card. Wowza!"
