"When here bc of all the great reviews but I do no plan on going back. Overpriced! As new customers we did NOT feel welcome- we felt as if we were bothering them! And we even had an appointment so that was unprofessional. Carol is sweet, kind and did a good job! The other tech was irritated, not friendly and not very happy about us being there- she rolled her eyes several times. The atmosphere was ok but all the people that work there seem to be too good for you! That is not a good first impression for a business! We should feel welcome and part of your day not strangers who you can’t even say hi too! Im paying you for service so why such a negative vibe!"

She did the powder dip nails and within days nails were falling off. And when I took a close look at them they were very clumsily looking. Not professional at all! I wish I hadn't expected before I left I would not have paid for it. They took forever and so I was just frustrated and ready to go."
