"When here bc of all the great reviews but I do no plan on going back. Overpriced! As new customers we did NOT feel welcome- we felt as if we were bothering them! And we even had an appointment so that was unprofessional. Carol is sweet, kind and did a good job! The other tech was irritated, not friendly and not very happy about us being there- she rolled her eyes several times. The atmosphere was ok but all the people that work there seem to be too good for you! That is not a good first impression for a business! We should feel welcome and part of your day not strangers who you can’t even say hi too! Im paying you for service so why such a negative vibe!"

"Excited to go back! The environment was clean and the staff friendly. I called an hour before our walk in and said they would be available and we were helped right away. Jacqueline was my nail technician and she did a wonderful job (yellow set)!"

"Horrible I will never go there again! I took my mom there because it was close and Amy's was closed that Monday before the holiday. She did the powder dip nails and within days nails were falling off. And when I took a close look at them they were very clumsily looking. Not professional at all! I wish I hadn't expected before I left I would not have paid for it. They took forever and so I was just frustrated and ready to go."
