"I have been trying to place an order on line, and while their system accepts the placing of the order, you are unable to finalize & check out completely. They are not responding to emails, and do not answer their phones either. I imagine that they are not open for business. It would be nice if they could confirm this, & make the necessary changes to their Google listing & website."

"If I could give this place negative stars, I would. This place stole almost $200 from two black teenagers and did not give us any of the product we purchased. We were charged three times and even showed proof from the bank that the money went through and still could get our product. They handled the situation very poorly and we are loyal customers who shop their every single time. I definitely do not recommend anyone going to this beauty supply."
