"Took them an hour and half for a basic pedicure. The lady doing my pedicure redid my toes 4-5 times. Granted I only pointed out to her that she had smudged it one time. The other times she redid them she realized she had messed up herself. I have been to the Bloomfield Nails and Oak Park and I am out of there within an hour and I get a mani and pedi and am satisfied with my nails every time. So the pedicure being an hour and half was unexpected, especially since it was not busy at all. Overall I was unsatisfied with the timeless, mistakes and overall end result of the pedicure. I wanted to give this place a try, but after my experience I will not be returning."
"The cashier lady is rude after I put my debit card in her hand she sat it on the table for me to pick up and I made her put it in my hand the same way she got it. This nail tech do a horrible job . They got back customer service at the DETROIT LOCATION now I see why they left Bloomfield . I will never come back again."

"My pedicure was garbage. My feet are still gripping the sheets like I didn’t just pay 40.00 bucks. They literally sliced the skin off someone’s foot and didn’t show any concern. And to add insult to the injury they didn’t take anything off the price. The owner just ran in the back like a coward. Leaving the women who act like they can’t speak English to deal with. Just terrible this place needs to be shut down‼️"
