"When we first walked in the entire staff seemed confused and like no one wanted to work even tho there was no one else in there. I told them I wanted 2 manicures and they proceeded to take us to the pedicure station. After we figured out that we wanted manicures there was a lady with a red bob was VERY rude and once we told her we didn’t want her to continue doing our nails she seemed flustered and tried to grab me to fix her issue. Would not recommend this place at all!"

"I went to this establishment a month ago to get my nails done for my girl’s cruise. This was the result after I returned to my original nail technician who had been on vacation to get a new set. This establishment continued to give me a fill in knowing that this was happening to my nails under the surface and knowingly knew that it was time for me to get a new set and take the old set off. I will never go to LA Nails and Spa in Pontiac again and I would never recommend this place to anyone"
