"If you are looking to purchase hair. I suggest go somewhere else. There's places over charging. And the thing that shocked me is that these people that work in this hair store has no idea what they're selling. They will sell you anything if you don't know what you're coming in looking for when you come into a beauty supply store, you should be able to ask questions, and there should be able to guide you to what you need-based off of what you need, not based off what they're trying to push out the door. I am a license cosmetologist and I love to come into beauty supplies. Pretending like I don't know what thing. Just to see how helpful the stories Just to see how helpful the people working at the store is. I accept Samsung basic questions about the wings that they carry. And I used the proper terminology for each item. And no one working there had Ginny idea what I was talking about. I asked the supervisor at the time working at that store if they had any more of their new seram thay that they were selling for hair This woman pretended like she knew exactly what I was talking about but I can tell she didn't being a licens. She had no clue because this album pointed me in a direction of oil and told me to put water in it to thin it out to make it like seram. Now anyone that have been in third grade or fourth grade science Can tell you that oil and water does not mix. Either she was the dumb as* or she was expecting me to be one. Beware of the scammers an the liars, they are out here No matter what they look like, they're out here. And they are after whatever you got however they can get it."

"Just spent over 45 minutes wandering and looking at wigs while wearing my chemo cap. One person said hello as they walked by. Several employees were in and out of the area and storroom right there and not a one offered to help me or asked if i could use assistance. Bummer. I really need a wig and was interested in several. There were no other customers in the shop at the time."
