"If I could give 0 I would be. I placed an online pick up order for clippers. 4 hours after placing my order and getting a confirmation we drive to the store to see if it is almost ready, and to my surprise the store was closed. Call and talk to a bunch of different random people as well as another store to figure out that I can't even cancel this to go to an open store. Call as soon as the store opened this morning to find out they don't even have my product in store available. How does a business place a hold on my bank account as I bought a product that they clearly stated they had in-store to just be cancelled anyways and have to wait hours to days for the pending charges to be reversed. Bad business, no customer service and lousy online shopping. Miss out on business at the busiest time of the year when I could've had something delivered by Monday."

"I love this Sally's better than the one in Kalamazoo on Drake. The lady there was so nice and actually convinced me to keep my color. She gave me space to shop and answered my questions. At the Sally's on Drake the gurl there got on my nerves following me and hovering me through the store. I got annoyed that I didn't even finish shopping and she did it a couple of times I went there. I hesitate going everytime, but now that I found this one in Battle Creek I'll definitely travel and go to this one."

"I went in to the store with my little sister and I'm 12. The cashier asked if I was alone and then watched me walk through the store. I left after a 1 minute of being there because I felt disrespected and stereo typed, assuming that I was going to steal something. They lost my purchase and I don't plan on going back in there alone. If I ever go back in there I will probably bring my mom after how I was respected today."

"Very rude staff. I asked for an opinion and one staff member was a little sarcastic. She asked me a question and I was in the middle of answering her question when the manager, "Jay" looked very disgusted with me. He interrupted me and abruptly said, "Are you ready to listen?" I was really quite dumbfounded that he did this because I was answering a question asked by his other staff member. I guess if you have any questions save it for Google and avoid the headache. I will say, I have been a customer of Sally's since the mid-90's and have never had issue until now. I don't really know how I offended the manager when I was answering a question asked by his other staff member. Hope corporate does a follow up. I didn't deserve that."
