Middlebury is by far my chosen favorite location because the Manager, Wendy is always so pleasant & knowledgeable. She keeps her salon clean, and she knows every customer's name that comes through the doors. This Tiki Tan location is the BEST!"

"Overpriced for the quality of beds. Fans don’t work 90% of the time. No music. You’re just sitting there sweating. I had a membership due to where I live, but I now drive to Elkhart for malibu and their beds. The salon is clean and the ladies are sweet, but until they upgrade beds on all levels, I won’t be back."

"It's 2021!! the lower level beds need upgraded to having actual fans in the bed vs one sitting in the bed with you. No mirrors in the rm. The bed I just went in one of the facial squares are out and when I let the staff know she's like ya it goes out sometimes!! That's unacceptable for 1 still charging full price and 2 not getting it fixed or at least letting the paying customer know. Poor quality and poor attention to the product being offered. This salon is not in my area so its been yrs since I've been to this location but it was closer than my regular. I'll go the distance next time. This place is a rip off the owner should be ashamed."
