"Late in my workday I stopped in to grab a burger. I was greeted by an awesome staff, smiling, enjoying their job, and VERY friendly. They were working perfect as a team and gave me an awesome value meal. I can’t say enough good things about my visit here!! When Im back in the neighborhood I will be stopping at this Rallys. "There's always problem with the registers, or there system is down , the other day they told us 15 minutes 5hey would be up and running came back they said another 20 to 30 minutes they would be up and running. Might as well close this one b there's always something wrong and the workers are rude and nasty. Don't be playing with your hair or face then want to serve me food gross"
"pulled up in the drive through at 9:14 PM the speaker didn't attempt to take my order until 10:02 PM there were only 2 cars in front of me upon arrival and after waiting all that time a female voice asked "what can I get for you" I began to say my order which was gonna be a Big Buford and a large fry and as I began to speak they responded by shouting at me "How am I gon take your Fing order when I just clocked in *****" I then proceeded to take my business elsewhere. This happened the same day I am leaving this review 11/26/2023. Never had a problem with this location before or the food but the staff tonight lost ya'll my business for the forseeable future"
"The customer service from the young lady at the window was excellent. My food was fresh and fries were nice and hot. I really enjoyed the mozzarella sticks. I did how ever not like the chili dog, it was a green color so I did not eat that and there was ketchup on it with chili which I thought was odd."
"Nothing as I was expected, no dine in, order was completely messed up, they have an A.I. character in place of an employee to take your order. The employee at the window to take your money and give you your food was rude, and unprofessional. She just wanted to run cars through as fast as possible without checking to make sure that everything was complete. We had to make a second trip to get the order right, and she was still rude cause she had to physically go through the bags and redo the entire order. I will never give them a second chance."
