"Rude staff AND manager! Walked in to do a return and was barely greeted when I approached the counter because all 5 employees were standing there chatting! I was returning several but one pair I had worn and decided to return as after wearing for a couple of hours, realized they were too small. Fyi...the same sandals in just different color fit perfectly! Anyways I knew I may possibly not be able to return but wanted to try Anyways. The associate looked at the bottom and handed to manager who rudely said "these can't be returned "...no apology or explanation. Rude AF! One order I didn't have the card on me used to purchase so she offered a credit. I rudely replied NO...as if I would spend another dime in there with the rude service I received. I will never patronize this location again!!!!"
"The sales associates are very friendly and helpful. The manager on the other hand does not role model those qualities. Very rude and uninviting. He acted as though my presence was disturbing him. I guess this location is doing so well that it can afford to neglect and make customers feel uncomfortable. Still made my purchase for my granddaughters gift but will not return to this location."
"The two women working on Thursday 09/30/21 were incredibly patient, kind and helpful. I am somewhat of an anxious shopper and have a lot of questions, especially when being a first timer to Crocs. I felt comfortable here, they are knowledgeable and make great conversation. I left the store feeling confident and excited about my purchase, my only mistake was not getting their names to shout out. Thank you both!!"
