"I got my nose pierced on December 22nd and it was a good experience the piercer was gentle and it was very quick but today was the reason I gave it 2 stars. I called at 3:50pm to see if the piercer was in to change my piercing to a smaller nose ring but the girl I talked to on the phone was a little rude but I didn’t really care about that, she said the piercer was there but she was leaving at 4:30pm I get there at 4:10 and apparently the piercer left??? I was so confused because I had just spoken to them and asked was she there instead of having me drive all the way over there she should have asked the piercer what time she was leaving"

"So let me start off with I've been to rockstar before and I enjoyed my other tattoo's done by Mark. I came in to get my neck tattooed a few days ago on 02/12/24 I believe. I wanted to get a traditional style medusa at a decent size. The artist originally didn't want to even do any tattoo's until his boss asked him "why not?". He seemed frustrated and did the tattoo since his boss said that. He took over 2 hours to redraw what I wanted to a size that would fit my neck. The tattoo went from a traditional style medusa to an anime girl. It still looked pretty cool and I was pretty lenient. He couldn't get the stencil to sit right so he spent another 45 minutes or so redrawing it again. I told him I eventually wanted a piece in the center of my neck so I wanted to keep it towards the side of my neck. I didn't care if it extended upward on my face a little as long as it didn't reach the center of my neck. He kept grunting while doing my tattoo as if he was mad and kept complaining how he was struggling and how difficult neck tattoos are. The lines look very uneven. Some are very bold and some you can barely see. Some lines aren't connected and some don't even match up and makes the tattoo loose its meaning and it's hard ti figure out what you're looking at. I waited 5 or 6 hours and left with an unfinished mess that he wanted me to come back and finish next week. His boss kept.making comments like "and are you going to tell her aftercare instructions?" Or "I hope you wint leave us a bad reveiw" as well as "I can tell you're like me and you're just too nice sometimes" as she could tell I wasn't happy with the outcome but I didn't want to be confrontational. They kept changing the price.on me. I spent $280 on this. I won't be back. I'm going to have to blackout my neck now if I ever want to fix this. I will be posting a photo. Please choose another shop. These artists are not very reputable or.skilled. spend the extra time and money to go somewhere else."

"Got a piercing a couple of weeks ago, and I had a great experience. Staff was nice and professional, and they gave me all the information I would need and gave proper instructions. The piercer got everything even and symmetrical, love it. So far my piercings are healing great. Everything was clean too."
