"Omg they have the best customer service I have ever encountered. They customer service began when they speak to you from on the phone or in person phone. I went in the store and the lady stayed with me from beginning to end helping me locate my size. When I called she even text me pictures to make sure it was the correct item. Awesome just awesome. I know I have good customer service skills but damn they out did me. I got to step up my own game. Love my outfit as well"

"I give this place a solid 3.5. The customer service is nice, the staff is friendly and helpful. I’ve never had to return or exchange anything so I can’t speak on that. The shoes are cheap ($10 and up) so they wear out pretty easily. I’d say if you need a cute pair of shoes to wear every once in a while to set your outfit off or got to an event then this place is great. If you’re looking for a pair of shoes to wear on the daily, try shoe carnival a few businesses down. I personally like coming here, especially for their jewelry and clothing accessories (scarves and socks)"

The store has shoes for people of all ages, including children. They also carry clothing items such as shirts, pants, and jackets. Not to mention all types of purses and accessories. I always look forward to stopping in and looking at the merchandise. Great store."
