"The only late company who’s raffle isn’t online giving customers a fair chance at winning and fires employees for reporting management for selling the whole release stock to resellers and stealing the toy drive toys and taking them home like Santa"
"DTLR is like a lesser Foot Locker. Employees are very young and are working entry level retail and customer service positions so pack some patience. Some customers that come in have far worse attitudes than the ones working there so there's that too. Stock wise, items are overpriced and lacking in bigger sizes, especially in shoes. It's not a big store but it is for the most part kept up. I have seen them not always answer the phone even with 3 people standing there. All in all, this store is mainly there for variety inside Lincoln Shopping Center. It is very much meh."
"The young man that the manager there he was really cool and help me and a young lady there she was excellent he helped me get some nice shoes to help you pick out stuff you might need they don't overpower you and just try to knock you down and get a sale that's what I don't like about Foot Locker DTLR is my store way better than Foot Locker Foot Locker likes to knock you down when you come in the store and make you buy stuff"
"They may have merchandise but not customer service, we waited all night for the new shoes 8am comes and they only have maybe 20 pairs, don't even care about the customers that waited all night, they want to compete with Mr Alan,they have a lot to learn."
