"I wrote this review a few days ago and now her current BOYFRIEND, Matthew Miller is calling me “FOS” in the reviews. This shop is extremely unprofessional, as you can obviously see. Avoid this place at all costs. In 2020, Presley tattooed me. Her arm rest moved while tattooing me, causing the tattoo gun to slip. (As you can see in the pictures.) My tattoo that was for my son, will now need to be redone, and all I received was a "I'm sorry.” She admitted that she needed a new one and continued to use it for months before buying a replacement. Presley only values the money she receives from tattooing. I wouldn’t recommend going here. (The last few pictures are showing what it looks like now. It’s so blown out that her mistake has almost disappeared and I’m now realizing the tattoo isn’t even straight)"

I will always send anyone to harbor moon tattoo and presley she is an amazing artist and business owner ! Also only artist I have gone to and gotten work done by in last 4 yrs.. have 4 pieces of art from her and I love everyone of them ..they've held up throughout the time and legibility and everything still all beautiful pieces of art after the time that has gone by."

"Presley did a great job with my daughter's ear piercings. Everything was so clean and she took a good amount of time making sure it was all measured correctly. Lots of care and attention our whole appointment. For her first experience Presley made my daughter feel so comfortable and was so kind to her. Definitely will be back for any of our other piercing needs! Thanks again Harbor Moon!"
