"Mike is unprofessional. He did a terrible haircut on my boyfriend that was nothing like the photo he asked for and too short to even recover. When he went back in and asked to just have it buzzed off for being so bad, Mike said he would. After “fixing” his mistake with a simple buzz cut, he then told my boyfriend to PAY A SECOND TIME and threatened that he “had his plates” if he didn’t pay for fixing HIS MISTAKE. Completely unprofessional and did not make anything right."
