"I absolutely love this gem of a store. I’m huge on thrift shopping and this store is ideal for awesome bargains on gently used baby and children’s clothing, equipment, books and toys. I’m a new grandmother to a beautiful baby girl and try to stop in the store weekly for great deals. The prices are fair and affordable. The staff is friendly and there is an huge selection of items to choose from. Im always highly satisfied with my purchases. Would and have recommended this store location to others."

"They have way too much inventory! I highly suggest they put the entire store at 50 percent off because everything is extremely overpriced for used stuff and they need to get rid of half the store! Whoever runs this store is doing a terrible job! I can buy brand new for way cheaper. The toys are used junk. They need to be pickier with their buying items from people and just stop buying for like a year! The store is so crowded with clothes it's hard to look through anything. I was looking at a used dress and they wanted 20 dollars. I went to JCPenny down the street and got a Rare Editions dress at 60 percent off for $27. I have come in several times looking for baby items ie: bassinet , swings etc and always dirty and over priced. For goodness sake, get rid of your items and be smarter about your prices and be smarter when choosing items to resale. This place could be great with the right management."

"Terrible at marking sizes, clothes are more expensive then the new tags that are still on them from the store. Some good things but always have to double check becuase nothing is organized and half the time not the size their tag says. They are way too pickey when it comes to buying clothes, I bought clothes from them that were never worn but some how they were too worn or stained and they wouldn't take them back. I'd rather shop at other locations that have it together more."

"Absolutely amazes me how this store can tell me that the basket of NEW clothes… barely worn, no stains, no rips, nothing…is worn out. The picture of the onesie i attached is practically brand new along with the full basket of clothes that were returned to me. Waste of my time taking my barely used baby clothes to this store."
