"In response to the ungracious response on this venue from Denolf's management. You can claim I was a repeat offender or that I was rude. Your manager was very kind to me on the phone. We got along well. And I respected her explanation that while she agreed and understood with my logic, she was simply implementing the owner's policies. She is an excellent employee. Your barbers are excellent. The owner's confrontational attitude regarding my statement that I would appeal to my bank if a resolution was impossible is a reflection on his poor business acumen. The fact my bank fully refunded the charge is further indication that your policy of charging cards you have on file without consulting clients is a rotten business practice."

"Awesome experience all the way around. Luke was real cool and didn't just cut my hair, but helped guide me into what would be best for my head shape and how to manage it. Generally just got a good vibe from this place overall as well. Definitely go here if you're looking for a great cut with a flexible schedule."

"Great barbers, poor client relations/ownership. For approximately 5 months, I got cuts every two weeks at Denolf’s. I missed an appointment due to an unexpected work meeting. I noticed that I was still charged the full amount for the cut via a charge to my credit card on file without informed consent. I called Denolf’s to understand and dispute the charge and was told that their policy was to charge full price for no shows. I made a case for having them apply the charged amount toward a future cut. After some back and forth with the very reasonable and agreeable manager Sarah, I was told that the owner of the shop would neither credit nor refund the amount charged. I explained that I was a consistent client and that the policy could be waived or an exception made if it punishes a loyal client with a first-time no show. The owner (Ethan??) apparently will stick by his moronic policy; Nathan, my awesome barber, is now losing a consistent, repeat client; pto take my business to a competitor rather than supporting the barber with whom I developed a good relationship with. Do I recommend clients continue going there? Sure. You can. I won’t , but that’s my choice. Please do support the barbers there, especially Nate. Do I think the cancellation policy is client-centered. No. Is the policy reasonable? Yes and NO. It is unreasonable if the client is not informed of the policy, made to be aware of it, or at least consulted at the time of enforcing it and charging to a card on file the full value of a service not provided."

"So for 35$ and setting an appointment. I had to wait past my time, I feel like I was over charged for a 15 minute haircut. I feel the atmosphere and some of the barbers are rude and completely blow you off. It’s full of hipster who drink kale smoothies."
