"I had intended on delivery then noticed I didn't have enough cash. Called the store to try and change my payment information. I tried calling 4 times with no answer. It's a Monday afternoon which I would assume is one of the least busy times. Since I didn't have cash and customer service wasn't available I walked down the the store to grab my order to pay and to save money on a delivery charge. I've been job hunting and I saw they are hiring for a customer service representative starting at $11 /hr. It's obvious they need help but good luck trying to find someone willing to work for that wage."

"This was the best pizza I have ever had! I couldn’t figure out the app (note: I am not good with apps and it was all my fault. Lol) the staff were so patient and friendly. The manager Christina is doing an amazing job with this place!"

"What a joke. Terrible service. Kept on hold for 20+ minutes before getting hung up on. Can tell the employees don’t care. Mentioned the wait time to the employee in person and his response was “wow”. Not apologetic that we tried calling 6 times across an hour long period."

"Yesterday 9/7/2022 I got called a C@NT by the manage My pizza was not cooked all the way (I ordered well done). The cheese was not brown at all and the bottom of the crust was still doughy. It took 11 calls to get through to a person, the voicemail was full. I explained my pizza was not cooked how I ordered it. A lady (Melinda) and the manager (Christina) spent 5 minutes arguing with me that they had both cooked my pizza and put it through twice themselves. The call ended with me being told they weren't going to fix THEIR MISTAKE because I swore. I swore after 20 minutes of trying to call and another 5 minutes of Melinda and Chtistina arguing with me that my pizza was well done when it wasn't and she hung up. I was beyond irritated at this point so, I had to drive 10 minutes to town with the pizza to get my pizza fixed. At the store Melinda and Chistina continued to argue with me rather than look at the pizza, acknowledge a mistake, apologize and fix their mistake. As I was walking out the door I heard the Manager call me a C@NT. So they messed up my order, argued with me, lied, made excuses, blamed me refused to acknowledge their mistake, were beyond rude and called me C@NT for being angry with the terrible customer service and food quality. ADDITIONAL Note: I just found a hair baked into the other pizza. THESE PICTURES ARE MY THIN CRUST PIZZA WHICH IS NOT THE PIZZA ORDERED WELL DONE."

"We've ordered once a week or so since they opened. More than half the time, the delivery has been wrong. There will be items missing, wrong toppings on the pizza, wrong items delivered, getting mostly empty pasta dishes. We put up with it since they were a new business getting on their feet. But yesterday was the last straw. Not only was the pizza wrong, it took them an HOUR to make and deliver the correct one, and when they did it was COLD. I called them back and not only was the employee incredibly rude, he hung up on me and refused to answer when I called back. Neither the manager nor the owner will address the issue. Order at your own risk."
