"If you’re renting an umbrella, I’d recommend elsewhere. We paid $15 to rent a “6-foot umbrella”. We got to the beach only to find out the umbrella is missing a piece. The umbrella was 2-feet off the ground, if that. I called and explained what had happened before we returned so they would know ahead of time. When I went to return it and explain what had happened, they didn’t offer any sort of refund or any remorse. If you’re looking for umbrella rentals, go somewhere else."

"Absolutely wonderful experience renting here. We rented a paddle board and a kayak. Both were in great shape and super fun to use. They also drove us too and from the water which was helpful. As an added bonus, we paid for a full day rental but didn't actually start the rental until 1pm. They let us come back the next day and get the rentals again for another 4h since we didn't actually get a full day's use!"

"For a business that caters to tourism, selling multiple items that people buy as gifts..you better be sure you are not going to have to return! I bought 3 pairs of shorts for my son who was not with me. He has always worn size 30, but all 3 were too small. I called immediately to see if 32 size was avail in each. They were. I was days before the 7 day return window and was going to fed ex them back to have them send me the 32s. I was told NO all returns need to be made in person. Since it is 5 hrs away, not an option for me. Asked if i could speak to manager and was to she was not avail. But that was their policy. Customer service was great when they were charging my credit card! Non existant for returns...I plan to return to South Haven..just not this store!"
