"My husband always goes here to get his haircut and his beard trimmed. This morning he wanted to go and get his haircut and beard trimmed before our trip. Today they messed his beard up. The lady who was doing his beard decided to look who was coming In the door and because of this she let the clippers slide across his face and leave a huge bald spot on his face. I called up there after he got home and they told me to send him back up so they can even it out. There is no evening it out because of the bald spot now."
