"Giving them two stars because it was easy to making the appointment and they was no delay when we arrived for the appointment. Although they did call me every other day until the day of my appointment to make sure that I'm still coming. Only thing negative, and most important thing, I have to say is that my stylist did not know how to style hair. My appointment was for an updo for my wedding. On the day of, I request for an half up and half down with to top teased and the rest curled down. I even showed her a photo. I also informed her that my hair is very hard to curl and that I usually have to use freeze spray to keep it curly. My hair ended up flat because she didn't know how to tease my hair, there was one huge bulge on one side of my head because she did a weird twist and pin, and my hair didn't stay curled for no more than 20 mins after I left the salon. I would not blame the humidity because right after I left the salon, I went a few store down to buy shoes and notice my hair flat within 20 mins. Very disappointed. I could have done a better job myself but thought that I should try a professional. I regret my decision going there and I will always regret it when I see my hair in my wedding photos. When people ask if I regretted anything about my wedding, I tell them I regret getting my hair done here. I don't recommend this place. I've attached a photo so you can see how it turned out. If it looks slightly curly, that's because I had to keep twirling it to make it like decent."
