"Got my haircut today by Erica. I can not express how refreshing it is to have a professional that takes pride in her craft work with you. I'm so sick of the "drive thru" quick cuts from other places that you end up going back to get fixed 2 days later. Erica was phenomenal. Great haircut and beard trim along with a very nice conversation. I never got the feeling that she was rushing through just to get to the next client. Thank you Erica, I'll definitely be back for many more appointments."

"I worked with Alana on 10/16/2023 at 5:45pm I walked right in, and because I used the Check in Online, was able to get right in as soon as I walked in. I was met with Alana who is a professional at her job. She was like a Therapist, we talked work, family, and then I got the Ultimate MVP and she must have known I was stressed from work and she proceeded to do the Hair Shampoo and it was the most relaxing experience I have ever had at Sport Clips. I was almost asleep in the chair. I gave her a great tip. She deserves a Raise."

"I needed to get my son a haircut as he is heading back to school. I checked in online, said there’s a 63 minute wait. After 63 minutes, I check the site and we have 15 min until his turn. We get to the store, he is first in line with 3 minutes remaining. I’m the following hour, he was On Deck (next up) 5 different times. Each time a stylist would come back and grab someone much further down the list. This happened the first 4 times my son was On Deck. The fifth time I got a text stating that my son was next up and to make sure we are in the store. 25 minutes later he is finally called back. The haircut was alright (my wife had to touch a couple things up when we got home ). I asked the stylist checking me out if their service was always this bad. She just kind of shrugged so I explained the situation. She tells me it definitely shouldn’t have happened. I asked her “so it just is what it is?” and she replies “Maybe my manager can help you with that, I’m just a stylist”. She said this loudly twice and looked at the manager who was cutting hair in the spot closest to the waiting area. The manager acted like she was deaf and couldn’t be bothered to stop cutting hair for a moment to deal with their customer service issue. I’ve never left a review before in my life, but my son needed a haircut as he starts school Wednesday & I literally had nowhere else to take him. If you have any other options, use them. Don’t waste an hour and a half sitting there thinking you will be seen soon."

"UPDATE: Can i share with you just how much their "online checkin" SUCKS??? I stopped coming here for months and thought I'd give it another chance. I register online and it says 75 minutes. Not a problem, as i watch the time dwindle don as i work at home. At 3:56pm I get a text saying "Your Stylist is estimated to be ready within 15 minutes. Please tell us when you have arrived. We look forward to your Championship Haircut Experience!" At 4:05 I get another text that says " Batter up! You are On Deck and next in line for your haircut. Please be in store and ready for your haircut experience, or risk losing your spot in line." I walk in at 4:06pm and check in their front station and now it saus its a 28 minute wait! The corporate people who run this thing are a sad excuse foe a business. They pull this kind of deception, and no wonder the poor ladies at the local SportClips get chewed out by irate customers. Shame on the owners and management of SportClips. This type of incompetency is common place for SportClips. I have nothing for high praise for the stylists of the Granget Indiana location. This is my 2nd review of Sport Clips of Mishawaka. This location has improved a whole bunch over the last manager. Altho I wrote abt how the manager Angie accidentally cut off one of my sideburns (I grow facial hair slowly) I forgave her and continued to frequent here monthly for the best haircut in the area for the price. Tracy is my usual stylist and she, like all the stylists here, are top notch and best of the best! The place is ALWAYS clean and the do a good job of moving ppl along without sacrificing customer service. Their protocols are in place for covid and checking in is simple. I only wish the back massaged were longer in length. :)"
