"The customer service was great, but when it was time to cut my hair it wasn’t so great. I asked the barber to cut my mullet off but to also keep my back longer. She proceeded to cut off all my hair in the back, despite me asking to have it remain longer. And, i also asked for them to leave my front as it was the first time they cut it (This is the second time going for them to fix it), but the barber didn’t listen and proceeded to cut it even further than it was the last time they cut it. Throughout the process, i kept asking that she wasn't going to cut it too short, but she proceeded to tell me that she was “going to make it fit” with my sides. In the end, it was more ruined than fixed."
