"This is for the Phillips location. I ordered the Rueben sandwich and was really let down. The meat was shredded and mixed together with the saurkraut almost like a paste. It was more saurkraut than meat and was completely overloaded. I think it would have been way better if the meat was separated with a fat pinch of saurkraut on top. Fish fry on the other hand... to die for!!! The servers are very friendly and has a chill atmosphere."

"Now, before I look like a complete idiot we really do love the north woods. My woman's parents had property near Phillips and we traveled here to meet a half sister. The meeting didn't occur and we were road tired after dealing with rain all day. Before I start this experience we both ordered French dipped sandwiches. These sandwiches were made with hamburger buns, not French bread. Yes, I know it's the 'north woods' and when hungry it could have been a Badger but it was good and memorable. Nice clean establishment."
