"I was in there shopping for hair products with my 3 year old son who needed to use the rest room. Now I get no public restrooms but come in he’s 3 and it’s clear that I’m shopping and buying products. I asked the girl there if he could use the restroom she said no it’s not a public tea I said really he’s 3 it’s nir like he can hold it until I’m done shopping she would not let him use it so I put all my stuff back and left. I will never go back to this store again because of this, again if my son was older yes I would of said hold it but he was 3 he asked her nicely and did I and she refused. I find that extremely rude and I will not spend my money somewhere that turns children away from using a rest room."

Amanda the manager at the Roseville store is absolutely amazing and Maelena a store associate at the Chesterfield location is just perfect. they both treat me so well and are truly the best. Don’t believe any of these reviews that tell you the customer service is bad at either location because they are LYING! the best sally stores in metro detroit area. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!"

"I was at Sally's at 23 and gratiot. This was a very uncomfortable shopping experience for me. Although I was the only customer in the store at the time there were three ladies at the counter gossiping and trash talking another employee. When I asked who the manager was, I shared with her my disappointment, she stated your the only one in the store, it is not like we do this all the time". The manager was the instigator of the conversation."
