"I had called an made an appointment on Saturday 2/25/24 for my 4 year old daughter to get her nails painted and for me to get a pedicure and full set. You would think since I had an appointment it would go smoothly but she had me and three other women there for appointments all for 130... mind you there was only her there to do nails... my daughter nails she picked out the color but the lady grabbed other colors (my daughter didnt want) also it looks like i painted her nails... then it came to me I was there for two hours!!!! she was bouncing back between me and other women there... my nails I also didn't get the pedicure I was booked for!! My nails are all different lengths and i got an ombre which looks nothing like an ombre.. going immediately somewhere else to spend more money to have these removed and redone!! So un- happy I wasted so much money here. horrible service and to triple book is so unprofessional.... I do not recommend this place at all."
"I walked in with 45 mins to get my nails done. Tina assured me I’d be in and out. Boi was she telling the truth. I was in and out in 30 minutes with a full set of awesome nails. The service and customer service were awesome. They have a client for life."
"As usual, the service was great at Elegant Nail Salon. My technician, Ken, is professional and pleasant to deal with. I arrived early for my 11 AM appointment and was having my nails done right after I walked in."
"The worst place ever. I went there on Christmas Eve and had Full set. 2 days after my nails started breaking off. They use cheap and expired products. And they charge over price. I don’t recommend any one going there. They are a scammer"
