"My bridal party and I got our hair and make up done at the Shelby Township location and it was THE BEST experience. Here are some of our key takeaways: 1. Prices were reasonable compared to other options in the area. We hesitated at first to try and find a more affordable option, but given they were up front about all of their pricing options we decided to use them and it was WORTH every penny. 2. Communication was VERY clear and they were so organized. 3. Complimentary room was available for the bridal party to hang out in while other girls were getting hair and makeup done (perfect time to snack and relax). 4. Each bridesmaid was able to select each service they wanted (ex. if one only wanted makeup done they could while another could have hair and makeup done). 5. They were properly staffed and managed their time well so it kept the day on track from the start. When scheduling they worked with us to determine a good start time and followed up days leading up to the event. 6. Scheduling a trial beforehand was easy and the stylist, Sam, did exactly what I had showed her a picture of and explained. She remained consistent even when we got to the wedding day - I highly recommend her! Overall, the entire staff was incredibly professional and this became our new salon for services outside of the wedding party and have had consistent experiences since then."
