"My favorite Salon in metro Detroit! Jill and Juliana have been styling my hair for over two years now. I usually get some icy balayage and a cut/ trim and they nail it every time. What really got me hooked was my first cut with Jill. It was perfect! The color lasts me months as well, keeping its coolness. I highly recommend the Vintage room salon."

"This was the worst hair cut I have received. Website says $25 and up. Ended up paying $45 with tip. If I could give 0 stars I would. During the haircut I had to take the comb several times to brush my hair to make sure she wasn’t cutting it wrong. After leaving I was very unhappy. I went back to my house to realize she didn’t trim around my ears very well or clean up my ears. Then on the back of my neck one side is squared off and the other is rounded. So now I’m going to have to get another haircut bc of how badly this lady cut my hair. IF YOUR A DUDE DONT GO. THEY DONT WHAT THE HELL THEY ARE DOING!!!"

"By far the BEST salon I have ever been to. I have just left my first appointment with Jill who fixed a color from a different salon. She brought my jet black hair (mistake) to a beautiful brown. Her attention to detail and hard work ethic is out of this world. She will be the only stylist I ever see now. Her staff was so friendly, welcoming and helpful and the salon is gorgeous and airy. I am so, so happy!"

"I am so entirely thankful for coming across Jill, Erica, and the entire staff at Vintage Room Salon when searching for a salon for my wedding day this past December. When I first messaged Jill, she responded back with an extremely welcoming message. I went to her salon to have a hair cut and she expressed excitement and genuine interest in having me and my 8 bridesmaids and my mom and mother in law on my wedding day. I did a make up, hair, and tanning trial and I loved all three. I normally don’t tan but wanted to have a little glow on my wedding day and that’s exactly what is was-it gave a perfect even glow on my skin and I received many compliments. As for the hair and make up of the actual wedding day, Jill and her team opened her salon at 6 am for my wedding party to come at 630 am due to the early timing of my ceremony. My bridesmaids set up mimosas, breakfast, and had a fun music list playing throughout as Jill and her team went to work. Myself as the bride and each of my bridesmaids, mom, and mother in law truly felt beautiful and loved their look. The make up was on point, the hair was flawlessly beautiful and matched each persons desired look. I highly highly highly recommend the Vintage Room Salon. Jill is truly amazing and incredibly talented with an excellent personality. She knows what she’s doing. Her salon is super cute and her staff... well they are just incredible. Thank you Jill and VRS girls for being apart of my wedding day and helping make it a terrific experience!!"
