"I am compelled to express my disappointment with this establishment's handling of an emergency situation. My 80-year-old mother was hospitalized unexpectedly, rendering me unable to use the services I had booked. Despite explaining my predicament, the management refused to offer any form of understanding or financial relief, having already charged full payment for services I couldn't utilize. I had two appointments and was not even late yet to the second one when I called (I live 5 mins away and could’ve made it) and they had already charged me for it. This experience highlighted lack of compassion and customer service, adding unnecessary stress during a difficult time. Businesses should balance policies with empathy, especially under extraordinary circumstances. Unfortunately, this was not the case here, leaving me to caution others about their rigid and unsympathetic approach."
