"I came to wildflower last week a mess. I have been struggling with some health issues that have caused my hair to excessively fall out over the last few months. It has been a huge hit to my self esteem and given me lots of anxiety to the point of being afraid to effectively wash my hair. When I met Madison from wildflower, for the first time in months I felt like I could finally trust someone with not only my beloved hair but also my well being. She was kind enough to accept a walk in and scrub as much of the build up out of my hair as possible. She also walked me through every step of the way and taught me how to effectively cleanse my scalp to avoid further unnecessary hair loss and scalp harm. She went above and beyond and treated me like my anxieties mattered. I haven’t even experienced this from doctors. I’d like to mention that since having my hair washed by her I have lost AT MOST 10-20 hairs a day which is something I never knew I’d experience again. If I could give her 10 stars I would."

"I love seeing carly! She is very easy to talk to and makes and 3 hour appointment fly by. She is very receptive to your hair wishes and has amazing outcomes. She is also amazing with kids and both my 3 and 4 yr old love to see her for their hair cuts."

"I really enjoyed my first visit to this salon. Christa was very kind. I ended up booking my next appointment while at the salon. I received a text reminder on my phone the day before my appointment and attempted to call the salon to cancel as an important work meeting came up at the same time of my appointment, but I did not reach anyone. I did leave a voicemail the second time I called stating that I could not make my appointment. I received a call back after my appointment time and the woman on line was extremely rude to me. Very short and when I confirmed I couldn’t end up making the appointment, she huffed and then HUNG UP on me. A missed appointment sucks but to actually hang up on a customer is an extreme reaction. I was baffled. I hope she doesn’t treat other customers that poorly. My caller ID showed the name Sue O."
