"Reviews seem great but I had a very bad experience. Very rude and inconsiderate to me as a new client with thin problematic brows. I left feeling uncomfortable and threatened. She kept mentioning my self esteem and said I’d look in the mirror and never be happy with how I look no matter what was done. I came here 3 weeks ago for a brow wax, she gave a 5 minute consultation on them and told me to grow them out 3 weeks for a brow lamination. When I walked in after the 3 weeks I told her I wanted to continue growing them out and just get a wax clean up. She immediately got an attitude and told me I wasted her time and $120 for that hour. She said she didn’t want to waste her time looking at them if that service wasn’t being done and to go somewhere else because she was canceling the visit. She definitely seemed upset she wasn’t getting her $120 “hour” rather than a $40 wax. She kept mentioning money instead of figuring out a different solution to help me feel comfortable. She stood 5 feet away & refused to look at them when I asked her to look at the grow out and see why I wanted to continue the grow out. I understand the change in prices but I truly believe she booked me for a brow lamination just for the money instead of helping my brows. As a professional she yelled at me, rolled her eyes, called me a victim, commented on my self esteem & didn’t care about making the customer happy or listening to my opinion. Just her “$120” and time."
